Dotezy Stirling web shop

Small websites, clear diaries

Websites that know when you are open.

Dotezy is a two-person web shop in Stirling making calm service websites and booking systems for businesses where a missed call can become a missed customer.

What Dotezy sells

Small sites for businesses that work to a clock.

Dotezy builds for hairdressers, barbers, trades, instructors, therapists, repair shops, tour guides and family-run service businesses around Stirling. The common problem is plain: customers need to know the price, choose a time, pay a deposit if required and understand what happens if they cancel.

Mairi Campbell and Ross Fraser founded Dotezy in 2025 after years around family service businesses where the phone never stopped ringing during the busiest hour. Their rule is inherited from the trade counter: write the hours clearly, show the price, make the booking easy and do not promise what cannot be delivered.

Owner check

The bit Mairi always checks twice.

A booking button is only useful if the diary behind it understands the real shop day.

Before a calendar is built, Mairi asks for the service durations, staff names, closed days, deposit rules and the exact wording a customer sees before they book. A 30-minute repair, a 45-minute treatment and a two-hour colour appointment cannot be treated like the same thing just because they all fit inside a button.

Ross then tests the route like a customer who is half watching the clock: phone view, desktop view, confirmation email, reminder, cancellation message and deposit record. If the wording feels vague at the point money changes hands, it gets rewritten before launch.
